International Workshop at the DLR School Lab
During a workshop week about aeronautics pupils from Belgium, Italy, Romania and Germany visited the DLR-School_Lab Göttingen. In groups composed internationally, students conducted experiments to study the fundamentals of flight. They constructed model aircrafts in different configurations which demonstrated the main components of an aircraft and its basic flight mechanics.
